Ali is an Associate within RMI’s Business Renewables Center (BRC), which she joined in October of 2016. Prior to joining RMI, Ali worked for SunEdison’s Commercial and Industrial practice for two years, focusing on solar projects in New England. Through working on both the Project Finance and Project Development teams she gained experience in everything from land acquisition, town permitting, and the utility interconnection process to structuring and building financial models to value projects and portfolios. Her passion for addressing climate change through disrupting the current carbon emitting status-quo stemmed from her education at Middlebury College, where she earned her BA in Environmental Science and Economics in 2014.
